Myanmar’s 5th Oil & Gas Ex- hibition – OGEX, together with “Asia and Myanmar Oil & Gas Awards 2015” will be hosted on January 29th and 30th of 2015 at Se- dona Hotel, Yangon. There will be four training workshops and over 50 exhibi- tion stands as parts of the event and will be attended by 500 delegates with over 40 senior level speakers.
Workshops will focus on major themes such as Oil and Gas Exploration and Develop- ment updates in Myanmar, Investing in Myanmar – country’s strategies and chal- lenges for the sector, Environmental Gover- nance and other crucial topics. In order to promote business networking in the sector, one-on-one meetings and discussions will also take place.
Speakers include U Win Khaing: Chairman, Myanmar Engineering Society & United En- gineering Co. Ltd & Member of the Myan- mar Investment Commission and other notable speakers such as key officials from Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise, Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forest- ry Myanmar, PTTEP, Daewoo International Corporation and others from private sector.
